Some creations go down in history. Take the Mona Lisa: although created more than 500 years ago, it is one of the most renowned pieces of art in the world and has even been owned by royalty. Not every creation will be as popular as the one mentioned, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t create.
Creating can not only be good for others, but it can also be good for ourselves. Creating can allow one to bring their emotions out on paper, not people, or help one to de-stress. Some create to feel better about themselves, encourage others, or even save money. A creation can even become as popular as something like the Mona Lisa, but that will never be known if you don‘t create.
So the next time you get the opportunity, try to create something. Whether it be an origami gift for a friend, or a self portrait to remind yourself of how awesome you are, creations, no matter how popular, are important.
